Richard Shearing, Anodos Discovery

Richard’s career path started in the military, followed by diverse roles in the National Health Service, central and local government as well as large and small companies across a wide range of industry sectors.

His professional experience has provided involvement in all aspects of management consultancy from strategic and manpower planning, IT strategy implementation, organisational reviews, payment and reward schemes, change in all its forms, process management and fund raising. Whilst working on these diverse projects, it became abundantly clear that the people and quality of information and decision making were critical towards the success of organisations overall and projects in particular in order to attain strategic objectives.

Richard is UK Partner for DNLA Systems (Discovering Natural Latent Abilities), a series of assessments which have been developed by Max Planck Institute in order to support organisations in selecting and developing employees based on their potential and social competences.
